FINALLY!!

We finally made it to Madrid!!  My first impressions of this capital city of Spain are: very clean, wide sidewalks, not very congested with cars, there are electric bicycles, many familiar stores such as H&M and Swarovski, familiar "restaurants" like KFC, Burger King and MacDonald's!  Beautiful architecture and parks and statues.  The weather is very pleasant, a bit of rain, but that seems to have stopped.  Now cloudy and in the fifties!  Lunch is the biggest meal of the day, at 2pm.  Dinner is at 9pm.  Sounds good to me!
